产品简介

goodWJ 10115kDa~150kDa范围的9个蛋白条带组成(15kDa20kDa25kDa35kDa40kDa50kDa70kDa100kDa150kDa)。WJ 102WJ 103WJ 10610kDa~250kDa范围的11个蛋白条带组成(10kDa15kDa20kDa25kDa35kDa40kDa50kDa70kDa100kDa150kDa250kDa)。由低到高的分子量范围可监测电泳过程中的蛋白分离情况、判断目标蛋白的分子量,并且可以监测Western Blot实验中的转膜效率。25kDa70kDa两条带结合有红色或绿色染料,更便于实时观察电泳进程、判断蛋白分子量,其中 WJ 106 特别适用于近红外荧光成像系统。本品推荐上样量为5μL

good6. 在不同凝胶和缓冲液系统中,预染蛋白质的迁移率会有所差别,可用非预染蛋白质分子量标准进行校正,并按校正后的结果正常使用;
